We first got to know Jason and Amy during their engagement session. We could instantly tell how fun and in love they were. Their romantic winter wedding day was no different. Jason and Amy were so incredibly sweet together. Another thing that stood out to us about them, aside from how in love and perfectly matched they were, was their strong faith. They are both deeply rooted in their faith and found ways to incorporate that into their wedding. Our favorite was the table set up at the wedding displaying their Bible, with a sign next to it asking guests to sign their Bible by highlighting their favorite verse and writing a note to the newlyweds. This was such a beautiful way to incorporate their faith, include their wedding guests, and have a wonderful keepsake from their big day.
Romantic Winter Wedding
Their romantic winter wedding took place on New Year’s Eve. Festive Christmas trees added a warm, special touch to the venue. The warm glow from twinkling lights both on the trees and hanging from the ceiling of the Green Villa Barn created a romantic ambiance. Amy and Jason’s children made up their bridal party and seeing their family together throughout their special day was heartwarming. The couple found special ways to include their children into their wedding day and their blended family all seemed so happy together.
After Amy and Jason officially tied the knot, we went outside to take their newlywed portraits. There, we were greeted with a big, beautiful, full rainbow just behind the venue! The newlyweds were so excited to see this rainbow, a beautiful reminder of God’s promises. Amy and Jason’s wedding portraits were gorgeous. Amy’s veil featured sparkles that looked stunning in the sunlight.
Their wedding night ended with lots of fun and laughter surrounded by their family and friends. The kids took over the dance floor and it was so amazing to see everyone celebrating and having the best time. Their wedding celebration was the perfect way to ring in the new year!
It was such an honor to capture this romantic winter wedding and celebrate this beautiful couple. Amy and Jason, we wish you a lifetime of love and happiness!
