Fun-Filled Outdoor Family Session

On a warm and sunny morning at the Deer Flat National Wildlife Refuge near Nampa, Idaho, we met with the Freitas family for their fun-filled outdoor family session. We had the BEST time. This beautiful family of four was such a joy to photograph. Their session was filled with laughter, love, and unforgettable moments.

Mom and dad were celebrating their 12th anniversary, and we made sure to capture plenty of images of just them together, as well as the whole family. Mom and dad were so much fun. Dad whispered jokes in mom’s ear that kept her (and us!) laughing throughout the session.

However, it wasn’t just mom and dad who were in on the fun – their two daughters jumped in as well, eager to join in on the excitement. One even took on the role of photographer, capturing candid moments on her phone, while the other embraced the role of videographer, documenting behind-the-scenes footage for us.

Watching this sweet family together was heartwarming and we loved getting to know them better. The Freitas family loves being outdoors together. They told us all about their outdoor adventures and their love of hiking, biking, and exploring new places. From their trip to Yellowstone National Park to their family outings in nature, it’s clear that they cherish every moment spent together.
